Redeeming a VALORANT prepaid code
Check the code's supported Riot region and the product it grants. A Riot-branded code should not be assumed to work on every game or account region.
Your next steps
- Read the eligible game, region and denomination.
- Use the official VALORANT or Riot redemption instructions for that code.
- Check the VP balance on the intended account.
The details that make a difference
When a listing names a country or currency, confirm the complete region conditions before paying. Account location and store language are different pieces of information.
If the reward does not appear, preserve the code receipt and error message for Riot or seller support. Do not post the complete code publicly.
